• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accountancy

• At least 3 years working experience in preparing Financial Accounts, Budgets and Forecast Planning

• Analytical and able to work independently

• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality, self-motivated and results-oriented

• Good command of English and familiar with Chinese dialects

* Responsible for the overall performance of the company including marketing, promotional activities, operations, finance, human resources and administration and set up of new medical centre

* Minimum travelling within Malaysia is required

Customer Service Executives

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls from customers regarding enquiries/ complaints on the Bank's credit/debit cards, and ensure that they are attended to and resolved expeditiously
• Analyze customers' feedback/complaints and assist in developing strategies/measures to reduce attrition rates
• Assist in the review and improvement of work processes

Jobs Requirements:

• A recognized Degree

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity

• Good communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills

REMUNERATION

An attractive remuneration package and a wide range of benefits which amongst others include medical, insurance coverage, staff housing loan at 0 - 2 % interest rate depending on loan quantum, staff car loan at 2.5 % interest rate and opportunities for development of potential awaits successful candidates. Fresh graduates will be paid a basic salary of not less than RM RM2,800 per month.
